Justin Howard / Coaching

Bring your
whole game.

I coach people who are ready to raise their game—in how they train, create, present themselves, see themselves, and lead.

The person behind the performance

More than a role.
More than a result.

Artists, athletes, actors, and leaders bring their whole selves into the room. Coaching helps make the next move clear, strengthen presence, and build a way of working that fits the person—not just the title.

I coach athletes and artists, and work with people aiming to improve their health, physical appearance, fashion, confidence, and the way they see themselves. I consult with actors and leaders on how they interact, communicate, and show up in a room.

Coaching in practice

Find the rhythm
that fits you.

Whether you’re stepping into the spotlight, competing, leading a team, or rebuilding momentum, we work from where you are and set a clear next step.

Artists & actors

Presence & performance

Build confidence, clarify how you show up, and connect your craft with the person you want to be in the room.

Athletes & competitors

Discipline & mindset

Strengthen routines, focus, and personal standards—in training and the moments when it counts.

Health & personal image

How you feel. How you show up.

Work toward healthier habits, physical confidence, and a personal style that feels like you—from clothes and shoes to watches and hats.

Mind · body · soul

A health journey
lived from both sides.

I know this road personally: from professional MMA fighter in peak condition to 398 pounds after more than 13 years of struggling with my weight. I made a conscious decision to get healthy and have lost more than 202 pounds.

Mindset & emotion

Health takes the whole person.

Lasting change asks something of us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Coaching offers support and accountability across the whole journey.

Food & lifestyle

Make peace with food. Build a life that lasts.

We help people repair a torn relationship with food, understand what food is for, let go of diet myths, and build sustainable habits and lifestyles.

Coaching for real life

Support for every body and every stage.

We have coached athletes, fighters, football and basketball players, gymnasts, actors, singers, pastors, and motivational speakers—from people who prefer privacy to those on camera every day. We coach women and men, and help children learn healthy habits early.

Health care · patient experience

Build a more human
care journey.

Patient-centered support from the first questions through treatment and recovery.

Patient-centered systems

Consulting with health leaders on patient-centered systems for bariatric surgery and plastic surgery, including augmentation procedures for women and men—from the first questions through treatment and recovery.

Clear, responsible education

This work also includes clearer, responsible education around bariatric options, GLP-1 medications, and peptides, helping people make informed choices and feel supported as they reconnect with their health and confidence.

Coaching & connections

A few familiar
faces along the way.

Between coaching, entertainment, sports, music, ministry, and travel, I’ve been fortunate to meet some remarkable people. Here are a few snapshots from along the way.

Keep becoming.

I keep training and competing myself. Coaching is grounded in the same daily practice: catch yourself, find your rhythm, and take the next honest step.
