Rhythmos Consulting Ministries is a nonprofit consulting ministry that helps churches, nonprofits, and businesses develop leaders, strengthen teams, and put vision into practice. As its Lead Consultant and CEO, I have served as a licensed and ordained pastor for 17 years, bringing more than 30 years of experience across ministry and artistry.

Through work alongside Mike Barber Ministries (MBM) and God Behind Bars, I have supported prison ministry and collaborated on work connected to Inside, reaching audiences through multiple networks.
In the U.S., this work has reached Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Missouri, Louisiana, Arizona, and California, with international prison ministry experience in South America and Russia.
